Training Services
Training fees are determined on an individual basis. Factors include length of stay at farm, duration and quality of time spent with each horse, diffculty of tasks being preformed. A good guestimate is usually around $150 a month (plus horses feed, pasture turnout is free any supplements or hay given is extra) if the horse is extremely easy to work with a quick learner, price goes down, if they are difficult or extremely hard headed price goes up, I try to start at $150 and make a good judgement from there. If the price is over that guestimate I will contact you before training goes any farther, and if you judge that my decision is wrong the horse will be returned to owner at half the fee. Negotiations for training may be considered, such as hay, horses, tack, etc.).
I try to keep owners up to date on a weekly basis as to their horses progress. Pictures of progress are taken and a journal of time spent with each horse is kept to document hours spent with each horse. Copies of such documents can be given to owners upon request. If at any point you are not happy with my training, technique, progress, pr methods, I ask that you please talk to me so we can resolve any issues. My goal is to make both horse and owner happy. Feel free to contact me via email with any questions on training services @ [email protected]. Thanks.
